1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Infini online storefront, including product browsing, account creation, cart use, checkout, order management, reviews, and customer support.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Legal Basis

These Terms are prepared with reference to the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and their Protection”, and other applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Kazakhstan law.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to place orders, view order history, upload an avatar, or write reviews. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and current information. Infini may suspend or restrict accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, inactive, banned, or used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5. Products and Availability

We try to display accurate product names, descriptions, images, sizes, prices, stock status, and other information. Minor differences may occur due to display settings, packaging updates, or supplier changes.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If a product is unavailable or listed with an obvious error, we may cancel the affected item or order and notify you.

6. Prices

Prices are shown in Kazakhstani tenge unless stated otherwise. Prices may change before checkout. The final payable amount is shown during checkout and includes applicable shipping fees shown to you before order confirmation.

If a pricing or technical error occurs, Infini may correct the error, reject the order, or offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price where allowed by law.

7. Orders

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. Infini may confirm receipt electronically. Order acceptance may depend on product availability, payment status, anti-fraud checks, delivery availability, and compliance with these Terms.

You must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact details. Infini is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment may be handled by third-party payment providers, banks, or payment systems. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

An order may remain pending until payment is confirmed. If payment fails, is reversed, or is not completed within the required time, the order may be cancelled and reserved stock may be released.

9. Delivery

Delivery options, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and free-shipping thresholds are shown on the website or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays, location, weather, or events outside our control.

Risk of accidental loss may pass according to applicable Kazakhstan law and the delivery arrangement used for the order.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Under Kazakhstan consumer-protection rules, consumers may generally request exchange or return of eligible non-food goods of proper quality within 14 days from transfer, unless a longer period is announced by the seller or manufacturer.

For goods of proper quality, the product should generally retain its presentation, consumer properties, seals and labels, and should not have been used. Proof of purchase may be required, though Kazakhstan guidance recognizes other evidence of purchase where receipts are unavailable.

Some categories may be restricted from return by law, including certain medical items, underwear, hosiery, animals and plants, metered goods, and other legally excluded categories. Product-specific restrictions will be applied only where permitted by law.

For defective, expired, unsafe, counterfeit, incomplete, or non-conforming goods, customers may have additional remedies under Kazakhstan law, including replacement, price reduction, repair, contract termination, refund, or other remedies depending on the case.

To request a return or exchange, contact customer support with the order number, product, reason, photos if relevant, and preferred remedy. Add the official return address and process before publication.

11. Reviews and User Content

Customers may submit product reviews where the feature is available. Reviews must be truthful, relevant, respectful, and must not contain unlawful, misleading, offensive, advertising, spam, confidential, or third-party rights-infringing content.

Infini may reject, remove, or moderate reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law. By submitting a review, you allow Infini to display it on the website in connection with the product.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without permission, submit false orders, abuse promotions, impersonate others, upload malicious files, or use the website in violation of law.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website and submitting personal data, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and provide consent where required by Kazakhstan law.

14. Intellectual Property

The website, product photos, logos, text, layout, design, software, and other materials are owned by Infini or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.

15. Liability

Infini is responsible for obligations that cannot be limited under Kazakhstan law, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Infini is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, technical outages, third-party service failures, or events outside reasonable control.

16. Changes to Terms

Infini may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes should first be raised with Infini customer support so the parties can try to resolve them amicably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
